Storage conditions

2. Avoid moisture, heat and high temperature. Easily soluble in water, ethanol and acetone. Highly hygroscopic and easily deliquescent when exposed to air. Easily soluble in water, while emitting a lot of heat, its aqueous solution is slightly acidic. Soluble in alcohol, acetone, acetic acid. With ammonia or ethanol, CaCL2-8NH3 and CaCL2-4C2H5OH complexes are formed respectively. At room temperature, it is often crystallized from aqueous solution and precipitated as hexahydrate, gradually heated to 30℃, it dissolves in its own water of crystallization, and gradually loses water when it continues to be heated, and becomes dihydrate at 200℃, then heated to 260℃, it becomes white porous anhydrous calcium chloride.
